Carissa Casolari is admitted to both The State Bar of California and The State Bar of Arizona. She strives to successfully defend her clients in all areas of defense including wrongful death, products liability, construction defect, and catastrophic personal injury. Ms. Casolari has experience in public utilities regarding personal injury claims arising out of third party contacts with electrical facilities and multimillion dollar claims. She has tried several cases, including large cases spanning over two months. After working for the firm of Pyka Lenhardt Schnaider Zell she opened her own firm with her Partner in July of 2016.
Ms. Casolari has worked on cases defending Southern California Edison Company in utility accidents involving both wrongful death and catastrophic injury, large Homeowner Associations defending gym equipment failures as well as construction defect and large commercial project construction defect cases. Ms. Casolari has represented defendants in major tractor-trailer accidents, multi-vehicle accidents, restaurants and bars in fatal injuries, as well as dog bite incidents and sexual harassment cases. Finally, she has worked on behalf of children in obtaining individualized education programs through their school districts to further children with disabilities in acquiring their degrees.
Ms. Casolari was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Arizona where she was on the Dean’s List for Academic Achievement. She was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Pre-Law. Upon graduation she moved back to Orange County to attend Whittier Law School. Ms. Casolari was on the Dean’s List for Academic Achievement and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Civil Rights Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution; in addition, she successfully held various internship positions throughout law school.
